One project I’m particularly proud of is the North High School T-Shirt Tank. I led a team that combined a FIRST Robotics tank chassis with a T-shirt cannon, developed a custom CO₂ release system, and later built in-house software to operate the machine. That experience gave me opportunities to connect engineering design with fabrication, controls, and team leadership. I’m continuing to develop those skills through Illinois Tech’s Lunabotics mechanical team and Rocketry Research and Development team. My technical background includes Fusion 360, 3D printing, and an interest in artificial intelligence.
Beyond engineering, I’m a Division III swimmer, an Eagle Scout, a first-year student senator, and an athlete representative on the Indiana Swimming Board of Directors. My experience coaching young swimmers, supervising equipment operations, and working as an assistant manager has taught me how to communicate clearly, coordinate people, and take responsibility for a team’s success.
